1. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $21,448.74
2. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $6,504.86
3. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $55,975.08

We are fortunate that in the past month we have had no water main or sewer system breaks. We hope the trend continues.
Park cleanup prior to the winter season continues. The light system in the pavilion will be repaired/replaced with a new
timer prior to the Oct 25 joint Civic Association event.
Zoning Board of Appeals – meeting 10/15/19 immediately after the Planning Board

RESOLUTIONS FOR APPROVAL:
1. Resolution approving the Mayor’s appointment of Paul Kallfelz as Zoning Board of Appeals member for an
unexpired term ending 12/31/22.
2. Resolution approving the Mayor’s appointment of David Robertson as Zoning Board of Appeals Alternate member
for a term to expire 12/31/19.
3. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Broome County Information
Technology for IT services for the Police Department from 1/1/20-12/31/20.

LOCAL LAW NO. 2 FOR THE YEAR 2019
A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 60 “VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC”
SECTION 1. Chapter 60 of the Village Code shall hereby be amended as follows:
§ 60-37. Schedule X: No Parking at Any Time.

Grant Street North From the easterly curb line of Summer Street
to a point 30 feet east of said curb line
Grant Street North From the westerly curb line of Summer Street
to a point 30 feet west of said curb line
Summer Street East From the northerly curb line of Grant Street
to a point 30 feet north of said curb line

SECTION 2. Remainder
Except as hereinabove amended, the remainder of the Code of the Village of Port Dickinson shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 3. Separability
The provisions of this Local Law are separable and if any provision, clause, sentence, subsection, word or part thereof is held
illegal, invalid, unconstitutional, or inapplicable to any person or circumstance, such illegality, invalidity or unconstitutionality, or
inapplicability shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, clauses, sentences, subsections, words, or parts of this local
law or their application to other persons or circumstances. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this local law would
have been adopted if such illegal, invalid, or unconstitutional provision, clause, sentence, subsection, word or part had not been
included therein, and as if such person or circumstance, to which the local law or part thereof is held inapplicable, had been
specifically exempt therefrom.
SECTION 4. Effective Date
This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the New York State Secretary of State in accordance with
Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
