PUBLIC HEARING: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 8 & 22, 2019 meetings PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: TREASURER’S REPORT: AUDIT & PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: Abstract #9 (2019-2020) 1. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $18,972.53 2. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $254.50 3. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $686.88 COMMUNICATIONS: TRUSTEE-COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Administration/Community Association – Charles Harding, Trustee Planning Board – meeting 12/10/19 at 7:00PM Public Works – Michael Cashman, Trustee Public Safety/Code Enforcement/Building Inspection – James DeGennaro, Trustee Police Dept responded to 98 complaints and assisted other agencies 9 times. 9 traffic violations and 6 parking violations were issues. Fire Department responded to 14 alarms and gave mutual aid 5 times. 88 man hours of training were completed during the month. Parks/Water/Sewer – Robert Aagre, Trustee Some Good News: there were no new breaks during the last 30 days in any Village-maintained water mains or sewer lines. This was the first full month since January that all 3 pumps at the Wayne Ave Pump Station were operational, with none needing to be pulled for some type of maintenance. All were running as they should. Our DPW team has done a very good job keeping the pump systems at our Lift Stations cleaned-out and functioning properly. Overall, it was a good month and we hope it continues. Zoning Board of Appeals OLD BUSINESS: RESOLUTIONS FOR APPROVAL: 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign Fire Protection Services Agreement with the Town of Dickinson for 1/1/20-12/31/22 2. Resolution authorizing the Village Clerk/Tax Collector to file the 2019-2020 Delinquent Taxes with Broome County Office of Management & Budget 3. Resolution approving the Mayors appointment, effective 11/12/19, of Emily Carpenter to the Planning Board for a term to expire 12/31/2024 and Edward Corcoran as an Alternate Member of the Planning Board for a term to expire 12/31/2020.
