CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC HEARING: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 11 & 25, 2020 meetings PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: TREASURER’S REPORT: AUDIT & PAYMENT OF CLAIMS #6 (2020-2021) 1. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $6,856.88 2. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $225.87 3. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $369.99 COMMUNICATIONS: TRUSTEE-COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Administration/Community Association – Charles Harding, Trustee Planning – Comprehensive Plan Public Open House postponed Public Works – Michael Cashman, Trustee Public Safety – James DeGennaro, Trustee Reports attached Parks, Water & Sewer – Robert Aagre, Trustee 1. Fortunately, another month of no water main and no sewer pipe breaks. Most breaks require the use of outside contractors with heavier equipment to make the repairs, so another month, free of breaks, definitely helps our budget. 2. All the drinking water samples tested met all requirements. 3. The Park is getting a lot of use--- by daily exercise walkers, local dogs with their owners, local youth athletics, a weekly Rotary Club meeting, a local church community-wide event, and others. All people must follow mask and separation requirements, and, so far, we have had no problems. 2 Thanks to our Public Works staff for removal one morning of 7 truckloads of branches that came down in a wind storm.
