Water rate and Sewer rate increase APPROVAL OF MINUTES: December 13, 2022 meeting PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: TREASURER’S REPORT: AUDIT & PAYMENT OF CLAIMS #14 (2022-2023) 1. Resolution approving a water rate increase from $5.08/100 cf to $5.22/100 cf 4. Resolution approving a sewer rate increase from $8.59/100 cf to $8.83/100 cf 5. Resolution scheduling a Public Hearing on 2/14/22 at 6:00 PM to adopt the new state law providing first responders with a 10 percent property tax reduction 6.
