Presentation and discussion by Baxter & Woodman on the Comprehensive Plan, including a PowerPoint review of the Future Land Use Map, Character Areas, Thoroughfare Plan, Active Transportation Plan, Truck Route Plan, Downtown Plan, Waterfront Plan, and Zoning Considerations.
