Approval of April meeting minutes. Approved by Board Member Weaver Second by Board Member Cuellar with concession her name be moved from present to absent ACTION ITEMS - Council will consider/discuss the following items and take any action deemed necessary 3. Consider and discuss approval of a conceptual retail store. To be located on 1207 W. Austin Street. The legal description for the lot is Burkeshire Subd (PL), Lot PT 6, Acres 1.327. Property identification # 10081. Motion made by Board Member Cain: THAT in accordance with the recommendation of staff, the Planning Board hereby makes recommendation to approve the conceptial retail store. Motion made by Board Member Weaver: THAT in accordance with the recommendation of staff, the Planning Board hereby makes recommendation to approve the single-lot Final minor plat, Sylvia Pina Mendoza Life Estate Subdivision.
