Approve minutes from the regular meeting held September 25, 2024. 3. Receive Parks & Recreation Operations and Maintenance report from Director of Public Works 4. Receive Monthly Inspections Report from Public Works Department. 5. Receive update on park assignments from park board members. 6. Receive financial status report on the Parks Recreation Department. 7. Review the adopted 2024-2025 Parks Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). 8. Consider rescheduling the regular Recreation and Parks Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 25, 2024 for another date since it falls on a scheduled City Holiday (Christmas Day). 9. Consider public complaints regarding dogs on the wetlands walkway at Lighthouse Beach and consider amending the Park Rules to address concerns.
