This is a request to approve the 18th amendment to the St. Lucie West DRI, providing for text amendments and incorporating revisions to Map H. 8.b P20-160 St. Lucie West - University Boulevard Business 2021-272 Center PUD Rezoning Location: SW Corner of NW University Boulevard and NW California Boulevard Legal Description: Lots 10 and 11, St. Lucie West, Plat #143, Second Replat in Parcel 21D. This is a request to rezone approximately 3.75 acres from the General Commercial (CG) zoning classification to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning classification. Legal Description: Verano South PUD 1 - Pod A - Plat No. 1, Lot 76 This is a request to grant a variance to the rear yard setback for a screen enclosure. The request is for a variance of 2.27 feet to allow a 0.73-foot setback from the rear property line. The Verano South Pod A PUD 1 requires a 3-foot rear yard setback for accessory structures when the lot is adjacent to a lake. 8.d P20-248 St. Lucie Enterprises - Drive-through Special 2021-047 Exception Use Location: The property is located at the northeast corner of Port St. Lucie and Darwin Boulevards. Legal Description: Lot 3, Darwin Plaza This is a request for a drive-through service in the General Commercial (CG) Zoning District per Section 158.124 (C) (13) of the Zoning Code. 8.e P21-058 Southern Grove Development of Regional Impact 2021-230 (DRI) - 7th Amendment Location: West of Interstate 95, between Tradition Parkway, and the C-23 Canal and bordered to the west by both the Tradition and Riverland/Kennedy DRIs. Legal Description: A parcel of land lying in Sections 15, 22, 23, 26, 27, 34, and 35, Township 37 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. This is a request to amend the DRI development order to add a condition in support of Mass Transit. 8.f P21-028 LTC Ranch Industrial Park - PUD Amendment No. 2 2021-287 Location: This property is located within the LTC Ranch DRI (Development of Regional Impact) and is located at the intersection of W Midway Road, I-95, and Glades Cutoff Road. Legal Description: Portions of Sections 1, 2, and 11 of Township 36 South, and Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
