Award a contract to Detroit Salt for the early delivery of 2,500 tons of ice control salt at $73.68 per ton, totaling $184,200.00; and for seasonal back-up of 1,200 tons at $76.21 per ton, totaling $91,452.00, to be supplied on an as-needed basis, and authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents on behalf of the city. 4. Approve the Preliminary Condo Plan for Firestone Site Condominiums at 4221 Zylman Avenue. 5. Adopt the Resolution for Charitable Gaming License recognizing Shakespeare in Kalamazoo as a nonprofit organization in the City of Portage. 6. Receive Rezoning Amendment #26/27-1 to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Portage, Michigan, Article 4 - Zoning of Chapter 42 and Chapter 44 by adopting a zoning map amendment to effectuate a city- wide rezoning as more specifically described in Ordinance O-4-2026, and to establish Public Hearing on August 11, 2026. 7.
