LOCATION: VIA TELEPHONIC & VIDEO CONFERENCE OPEN MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the March 5, 2021 extension of Governor Greg Abbott’s March 13, 2020 suspension of
Texas Open Meetings Act requirements allowing open public meetings by video or telephone conference in an effort to limit face-to-face
meetings to slow the spread of COVID-19. The City Council of Post Oak Bend will virtually conduct March 9, 2021 Council Meeting at
7:00 p.m. by open meeting telephonic and video conference.
In accordance with Section 551.042 of the Texas Government Code, this agenda has been posted at the Post Oak Bend City Hall, and on
City website www.postoakbend.org within the required time frame.
The public may join the open meeting with Zoom online or on downloaded app. The public will be permitted to offer comments via
email by noon on March 9, 2021 or telephonically as provided by presiding officer. No email communication is available during meeting.

5. Citizen Comments: The public will be permitted to offer public comments by email by noon Mar. 9, 2021through city email, or video and
telephonically as provided by presiding officer. Please include name, address and topic. Citizens may speak 3 minutes per person each on city matters, other
than personnel. There is no transfer of time to others. City of Post Oak Bend action in response to, or as a result of, such statements may not be undertaken
until such matters are placed on a City Council agenda published in accordance with Texas Open Meetings Act.
6. Consider and act on municipal investment policy and approve required training (Bedrick Update per Texas
Public Investment Act, Code 2256.005(a) & TML )
7. Discuss and act on citizen request for ditch and drainage repairs re: flooding issues near 2755 CR 279
(Bedrick request)
8. Discussion: Road Boring Project – (Bedrick Request/Update)
9. Consider and Act on Klassik K Road repairs (crushed concrete, 2 loads)
10. Consider and act on order to cancel the May 1, 2021 City Council Election and accept certification
11. Consider and Act on FY 2020 9-month audit, per Texas Local Government Code, Ch. 103 (Bedrick request)
12. Discussion: Request to place prefab metal house on CR 280 lot
13. Adjournment
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council of the City of Post Oak Bend reserves the right
to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed on this
agenda, as authorized by the Texas Government Code for the following purposes:
