Call to Order, Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments - Citizens wishing to address the City Council must sign in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker on items not listed on the agenda. 4. Discuss and elect a council member to serve as President Pro Tem/Mayor Pro Tem for a term of one year, according to Texas Local Government Code Sec. 22.037. (b) 5. Approval of Minutes • Regular Meeting, May 9th, 2023 6. City Administrator Report 7. Financial Report, May 2023 8. Discuss and take action, if necessary, on opening future City of Post Oak Bend Council Meetings with prayer. 9. Discuss and take action, if necessary, on appointing a resident of Post Oak Bend to the vacant Council Member position on the City of Post Oak Bend City Council, for the 2023-2024 term. 10. Discuss and act, if necessary, on the “Junk Vehicle” Ordinance. 11. Discuss and act, if necessary, on an MOU between the City of Post Oak Bend and New Hope Southern Baptist Church in reference to parking. 12. Discuss and act, if necessary, on Road Impact Fees. 13.
