Call to Order, Invocation, & Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments - Citizens wishing to address the City Council are requested to sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Approval of Minutes ● Regular Meeting, January 9, 2024 5, Mayor’s Report 6, City Administrator Report 7. Financial Report: ● January 2024. 8. Discuss and consider a Final Plat approval as presented by Chase Colon. The property is generally located at County Road 280, Kaufman County, Texas and includes approximately 40 acres divided into seven lots. 9. Discuss and consider Resolution No. 021324R, a Resolution of the City of Post Oak Bend calling and/or ordering a May 4, 2024, Joint General Election for the purpose of electing three (3) Council Members. 10. Discuss and consider a May 4, 2024, Joint Election Contract for Joint Election Services with Kaufman County Elections 11. Discuss and consider various road repairs including Klassik K Farm, CR278, CR279 and CR  280. 12. Adjourn into Executive Session. 13. Executive Session (Section 551.074) Personnel City Attorney. 14. Adjourn from Executive Session. 15. Discuss Items for next Council Meeting. 16. Adjourn CERTIFICATION This meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq.
