Potterville TIFA Board Minutes Monday, February 10, 2020 @ 5:30 p.m. – Potterville City Hall, 319 N. Nelson Street Meeting was called to order by D. Twichell at 5:30 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. Roll Call: Present: D. Twichell, B. Kring, R. Parker and B. Nichols. Absent: J. Bristol and L. Ross. Agenda Approval: Motion to add Potterville Gives back as next line item and subsequently approve the agenda by D. Twichell, seconded by B. Nichols. Motion carried. (4-0). Potterville Gives Back: Maureen Storie discusses Spring Clean-Up and requests funds from Boards totaling around $4,000, will attend next meeting with additional information. Approval of Minutes: Motion by B. Nichols to approve the minutes from January 13, 2020, seconded by R. Parker. Motion carried. (4-0). Approval of Bank Reconciliation: Motion by R. Parker to approve Bank Reconciliation from January 1st – January 31st, 2020, seconded by B. Nichols. Motion carried. (4-0). Approval of Bills: Motion by R. Parker to pay Williams & Works and Foster Swift invoices totaling $4,139.00, seconded by B. Kring. Motion carried. (4-0). Public Comment: None. Old Business: None. New Business: a. TIFA Development Plan Engineering Review Meeting #4. Board reviews & discusses edits. b. Resignation of TIFA Board Member Loren Smalley. Motion by R. Nichols, seconded by R. Parker. Motion carried. (4-0). c. TIFA Appointment Recommendation(s) to City Council. Board reviews candidates. d. Resolution of Support and Grant Match for LEAP Public Art Grant for Communities. Motion to match $12,500 for a total of $25,000 with Grant Award by D. Twichell, seconded by B. Nichols. Motion carried. (4-0). Public Comment: None.
