Roll Call: Present: Mayor Lenneman, Deputy Mayor Potter, Member Nichols, Member Pulda, Member Ranshaw, Member Smalley, and Member Sweeney. Absent: None Approval of Agenda: Motion by Deputy Mayor Potter. Supported by Member Nichols. Vote: Unanimous. Motion Carried (7-0). Approval of Minutes: Motion by Member Smalley. Supported by Member Ranshaw. Vote: Unanimous. Motion Carried (7-0). Approval of Bills: Motion by Member Pulda to approve payment of General Bills in the amount of $130,967.75. Supported by Member Smalley. Roll Call Vote: Unanimous. Motion Carried (7-0). City Manager’s Report: Manager’s report is in the January 19, 2023, Council packet. Public Comment on Agenda Items: None Department Reports: Zoning Administrator Miller is working with the Right of Way permits with each of the internet companies and quickly handles the complaints. The Cambria project is moving forward. All the deeds are recorded. The manager shared that TIFA is saving for Capital improvement plan and they are working with banks to see what they can offer for a good interest rate on a 1 yr. CD. New Business: Election of Mayor: Motion by Deputy Mayor Potter to nominate Jennifer Lenneman. Lenneman accepted the nomination. Supported by Member Smalley. Roll Call Vote: Unanimous. Motion Carried (7- 0). Election of Deputy Mayor: Motion by Member Smalley to nominate Michael Potter. Potter accepted the nomination. Supported by Member Pulda. Vote: Unanimous. Motion Carried (7-0).
