Present: Andrew Monastra, chair; Mark Harvey, Thomas Hylton, Anthony campbell, Keith Place, Patti

L The meeting was called to order at 5 p.m. by Monastra via zoom.
ll. Hylton and Campbell moved and seconded the approval of the minutes from October 2020. Motion
carried.
lll. 855 High Street, sign installation
Twila Fisher, representing Hobart's Run, present
Hylton and Campbell moved and seconded motion that HARB approve the installation of t hanging
oval sign, 2 wall signs, and 3 window panel signs as described in the application. Motion carried.
lV. Ratification of administrative approvals was completed during earlier email communications.
V. After a brief discussion of 2021 meeting dates available on the Borough's website, the meeting
adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
