Financial report from Mr. JJ Johnson & recommendations about Petty Cash fund for PV EDC office. 9. Discuss and Take Action on the Wastewater Masterplan Proposal and Final Presentation of the Water Capacity Study, Phase 2 & related issues (Harold Underwood, Trilogy Engineering) 11. Update and report about the recent Waller County Historic Society Meeting (Brown) 12. Update to Authorize expense for Logo drawing not to exceed $1000.00 (Brown) 13. Update on progress made previously authorized PV EDC Website—from 2019-21 (Brown) 14.
