Updated Presentation on Advertising & Marketing program to help promote small businesses in the City of Prairie View (Mr. Jim Johnson & Director Williams) 10. Discuss and possible action on a $1000.00 one time grant (Voucher) for any local small business interest, to help with their Advertising and Marketing (Mr. Jim Johnson & Director Williams) 11. Discuss and take action on purchasing PV promotional & marketing bags, pens and other promotional materials as per voted on last year-- not to exceed $3500.00—project coordinated & followed through by Ms. T. May, Ms. Rae Wortham & Ms. Rona Hayes. (Ms. Hayes & Ms. Wortham & Director Brown) 12. Updated/revised presentation by CDM7 partners on proposal to support Downtown Prairie View project. Update and take Action on Historic House from the Walker Family (Ms. Lisa Stafford & Director Walker) 17. Reports from TEDC; report from WCEDP June meeting (Director Brown) 18.
