All agenda items are subject to action. The City Council Reserves the right to meet in closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. __________________________________________________________________________________ AGENDA Call to Order Certification of Quorum Invocation and Pledge Citizens Comments: Citizens must complete a Comment Card and submit the card to the City Secretary before the meeting to address City Council. Limit your comments to three (3) minutes. City Council will listen to the comments, but cannot discuss or respond to the comments during the meeting. The matter may be referred to a department head, Mayor, or City Council may direct that the matter be placed on the next regular City Council Agenda. If a written response is desired from the City please request in writing. 1. Consider and take action to approve Resolution 2018 0326 regarding authorizing signatures for Community Development Block Grant Program for improvements to sewer collection system and rehabilitation of lift stations.
