CITY OF PRESCOTT, WISCONSIN JANUARY 9, 2017 PARKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Parks & Public Property Committee was held Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Municipal Building, 800 Borner St. Prescott, WI 54021. Call to order/Roll Call: Alderperson John Hoschette called to order at 5:30 p.m. Members present were Galen Seipel and Bill Dravis. City Administrator Jayne Brand represented staff. Seipel/Hoschette motion to approve the minutes for November 28, 2106 passed without a negative voice vote. The committee reviewed proposed lease with EdgeBuilders for property located between EdgeBuilders building and the Police/EMS building. There was an exhibit included in the lease and the committee decided this should not be included as part of the lease. The section on taxes needs to be clean up and will be completed by staff. Staff will work on the changes as discussed and forward a copy of the lease agreement to EdgeBuilders and invite them to the meeting on January 24, 2017.
