CITY OF PRESCOTT, WISCONSIN PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES FOR MARCH 22, 2018 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Personnel Committee was held Thursday, March 22, 2018, 800 Borner St., Prescott, WI 54021. Call to order/Roll Call: Alderperson Maureen Otwell called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present were Maureen Otwell and Dar Hintz. Joshua Gergen was excused. Also present Mayor David Hovel and City Administrator Jayne Brand Otwell/Hintz motion to go into closed Session Wisconsin Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility –follow up to written complaint regarding employee performance passed unanimously via roll call vote. Otwell/Hintz motion to come out of closed session passed without a negative voice vote. Otwell/Hintz motion to adjourn passed without a negative voice vote. Respectfully Submitted, Jayne M.
