CITY OF PRESCOTT, WISCONSIN PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES FOR APRIL 17, 2018 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Personnel Committee was held Tuesday, April 17, 2018, 800 Borner St., Prescott, WI 54021. Call to order/Roll Call: Alderperson Maureen Otwell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Members present were Maureen Otwell, Rob Daugherty and Dar Hintz. Also present City Administrator Jayne Brand and City Attorney Phil Helgeson. Attorney Catherine Munkttrick representing Hank Zwart provided a letter to the committee and discussed the separate of employment with Hank Zwart. Otwell/Hintz motion to go into closed Session Wisconsin Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility –Separation agreement passed unanimously via roll call vote. Otwell/Hintz motion to come out of closed session passed without a negative voice vote. City Attorney will present offer as discussed in closed session.
