Attendance: Megan Langer (Port of Prescott), Beth Lansing (City of Prescott), Todd London (The Loft), Mitch Wormington (Muddy Waters), Kimberly Braun (Lucille’s); (Casey Johnson by zoom) b. Absent: Chad Steger (First National Bank); Angie Miner (Aim Joy) 3. Election of Officers - Tourism Committee officers were elected at the first meeting; officers are as follows - a. Chairperson - Megan Langer b. Vice Chair - Kimberly Braun c. Secretary - Todd London d. Treasurer - Beth Lansing 4. Discussion on plans and set up of committee: a. The committee discussed next steps on the deliverables mentioned in the MOU - the visitor guides and Tourism website; additional items discussed included creating a mission statement, vision for the committee; organize and plan a Winter event to promote the City of Prescott. 5.
