Welcome 2. Old Business a. Budget Update - Q1 2023 just collected; report forthcoming b. Promotional material update - brochures have been distributed to various locations around town; 3. New Business a. Tourism Grant Education Event - May 17th at 5:30 pm at Lucille’s i. Presentation and materials will be provided; ii. Flier being shared with local organizations and individuals; 4. Other? a. Discussion on Bike Race events held; Megan Langer has been in touch with a few organizations to host an event in Prescott; b. Next meeting is June 5th at 12pm at First National Bank 5.
