Prescott Tourism Committee Minutes from June Meeting Monday, June 5th, 2023 12:00 pm First National Bank, Community Room 1151 Canton Street, PRESCOTT, WI 54021 Attendees: Megan Langer, Todd London, Beth Lansing Absent: Chad Steger, Angie Miner, Kimberly Braun, Mitch Wormington 1. Welcome 2. Old Business a. Budget Update - currently around $18,000 in the Tourism Committee account. b. Update on Bike event (megan) i. Continuing to explore partners for a bike event in 2024 c. Recap of Tourism Grant Workshop i. Payment to Lucille’s for catering was $500 ii. Attendance was ok, others asked for information in advance of the event; 1 application has been received. 3. New Business a. Grant Application Review - committee reviewed the Freedom Park application for the August Festival and Fundraiser (Aug 11th - 12th); request is for $5000. Committee is reviewing; unable to vote at meeting because of lack of quorum. Will finalize the vote in the coming week. 4. Other?  a. Need to discuss the date for the July 2023 meeting i. Will move July meeting to the week after July 4th - schedule for Tuesday, July 11th at 12pm 5. Adjourn
