Code §551.127, notice is hereby given that (i) one or more Zoning Board of Adjustments members may be participating on a regular, non- emergency basis in this meeting by video conference, (ii) the location of the meeting will be at Princeton Municipal Center, 2000 Princeton Drive, Princeton, Texas, where a quorum of the Zoning Board of Adjustments will be physically present, which location will be open to the public, and (iii) it is the intent to have the quorum of members of the Zoning Board of Adjustments present at said location for this meeting. The Zoning Board of Adjustments is unable to respond or to discuss any issues that are brought up during this section that are not on the agenda, other than to make statements of specific factual information in response to a speaker's inquiry or to recite existing policy in response to any inquiry. D. CONSENT AGENDA All consent agenda items listed are considered to be routine by the Zoning Board of Adjustments and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
