WHEREAS, the City of Prosser’s Public Works Director and funding representatives, have inspected and reviewed the street sweeper and believe it is satisfactory and complete in accordance with the project scope; and, WHEREAS, the city staff recommends acceptance of the project as complete; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prosser hereby accepts the Street Sweeper Project with USDA as complete and authorizes staff to prepare and submit any required reporting or reimbursement forms.
