Agenda Additions / Deletions Chuck Warbington, City Manager due to unforeseen circumstances requested that #1 - Update to Council on School of the Arts (SOTA) be tabled indefinitely, and due to changes that need to take place to item #4 RZM2025-00021; Hayley Todd - Planners & Engineers Collaborative; Belmont Drive Parcel Assemblage be tabled to Work Session, December 10, 2025. Motion to approve agenda as amended made by Council Member Johnson, Seconded by Mayor Pro- Tem Jones.
