The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. A. Roll Call B. Regular Agenda Action, Minutes: 1. A motion to dispense with the reading of the August 14, 2025, meeting minutes and approve them as submitted. Motion by Bill Whitman, second by Ann Parks. Final Resolution: Motion Carries Yea: Jim Hatley, John Jorgensen, Bill Whitman, Ann Parks Action: 2. A motion to approve requests for payment of fire and police medical, prescription, and optical services.
