John Jorgensen - Member at Large Jim Hatley - Police Representative Bill Whitman - Fire Representative Eric Fejeran - Councilmember Ann Parks - Councilmember Dee Stiles-Elliott -Secretary & Administrative Liaison The Law Enforcement Officers & Firefighter Disability Board (LEOFF) was created pursuant to RCW 41.26.110 to establish uniform procedures for conducting the business of the Pullman Disability Board as established under state law. New Business Secretary Stiles-Elliott announced that an additional member of the Board will be appointed by the Mayor at the June 30, 2026, City Council meeting. Secretary Stiles-Elliott provided an update to the Board on the fee increase for member services through Rockwood Retirement Community. D.
