Resolution, as recommended by the Village Engineer and Planning Board, that the Performance Bond
Agreement with KEWO Corp. as “Principal” secured by a certified check deposited in the Village’s trust
account in the reduced amount of $43,500.00 to guarantee the completion of the required common driveway
improvements in connection with the “Subdivision Map of Sandpiper Woods,” be and hereby is EXTENDED
for one year with the new obligation date to be March 18, 2025.
