Motion By: Seconded: Resolution that the Regular Meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Quogue, New York during the current Official Year are hereby approved to be held on the third Friday of each month at 4:00 P.M., unless otherwise noticed, in the Village Hall, North Meeting Room, Jessup Avenue, Quogue, New York, and that notice be published in the Southampton Press in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution to approve compensation to be paid to the Village Prosecutor, Ian Fitzgerald, at $250 per hour. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution to approve the request from Ashleigh Trotta to use FMLA. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution to approve the request from Tuwaan Mitchell to use FMLA. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution to adopt the Village of Quogue Cyber Security Breach Notification Policy. Motion By: Seconded: Review the Procurement Policy, Workplace Violence Prevention Policy, Sexual Harassment Policy, Investment Policy, and the local Code of Ethics. Resolution to approve a request from the Moriches Bay Project to hold a Paddle to the Save the Bay event at the Village Dock on July 6, 2024 from 10 am until 12 pm. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution to retroactively approve a Special Event Permit application from Jeffrey McKibben for use of the Village Beach parking lot on June 29, 2024. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution authorizing the Mayor to issue a proclamation to the Quogue Wildlife Refuge’s Gala honorees, the Belt, deRopp, Hart, and Weinman Families. Motion By: Seconded: Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into two agreements with the Town of Southampton relating to Water Quality Improvement Project Funding Awards from the Community Preservation Funds.
