(Dimensional Regulations) to grant the Board of Trustees authority under certain conditions to approve a Planned
Retirement Community District on a site with less than 160,000 sq.ft. of lot area and to modify applicable
dimensional regulations as introduced at the Board of Trustees meeting held on February 14, 2025 at 4:00 PM.

June 20, 2025 from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM, to utilize the Village Beach for their annual beach party on Friday,

2025 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
