Gropman, Dr. Richard Harshberger, Ms. Naomi Huntington Others present were as follows: Mr. David Ridpath, City Manager Ms. Jenni Wilder, City Clerk Ms. Chelista Linkous, Interim Finance Director Ms. Dawn Diamond, Human Resources SUBJECT: Setting the Real Estate Tax for Calendar Year 2019 ACTION: Ms. Huntington moved to advertise the Calendar Year 2019 Real Estate Tax Rate for 0.82 per $100 of assessed value, Ms. Foster seconded the motion. VOTE: AYES: Ms. Foster, Dr. Harshberger, Ms. Huntington, Mayor Horton NAYES: Mr. Gropman SUBJECT: Schedule Public Hearing on the F.Y. 2019-2020 Budget ACTION: Dr. Harshberger moved to schedule a public hearing on the F.Y 2019-2020 budget for April 15, at 5:30, Ms. Foster seconded the motion.
