Meeting of Electoral Board 6-25-21 Meeting called to order by Chairman Mannon at 10:00 am Attending: Mrs. Turk and Mr. Wohlford Motion made by Mrs. Turk, second by Mr. Mannon to go into executive session under §2.2-3711.1 personnel matter for registrar evaluation. Evaluation form to be given to Mr. Howard for signature and reported to State Board. Mr. Wohlford- yes Motion to close executive session by Mr. Mannon second by Mrs. Turk at 10:20am. Mr. Wohlford – yes Motion for open session at 10:21 am by Mrs. Turk second Mr. Wohlford Mr. Mannon – yes Old Business: 1. Discussion on site visitation of locations to replace Carter Street West precinct. We will attempt to do this before Mrs. Turk leaves for vacation. New Business: 1. Discussion of email sent to Mr. Wohlford by NAACP representative Karen Jones regarding Sunday Voting. Mrs. Turk and Mr. Howard will respond. 2. Discussion of electronic participation in board meetings by member(s) out of town. No action.
