Electoral Board

Electoral Board Canvas Meeting 11-03-21 and 11-05-21 Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Mannon at 10:00 am with Mrs. Turk, Mr. Wohlford and Mr. Howard in attendance. Purpose of meeting was to canvass the 11-02-21 general election. A provisional ballot meeting was called by Mr. Mannon and seconded by Mrs. Turk with Mr. Wohlford in agreement. The nine provisional ballots were addressed and 4 were found as disqualified and 5 qualified. The 5 were hand counted and reported to the registrar. The provisional meeting was closed by Mrs. Turk’s motion and Mr. Mannon’s second with Mr. Wohlford in agreement. The open meeting was then suspended at 10:40am until 11-5-21 at 12:30 pm by motion of Mrs. Turk, seconded by Mr. Wohlford with Mr. Mannon in agreement. The open meeting was reconvened on 11-05-21 at 1:00 pm by chairman Mannon with Mrs. Turk, Mr. Wohlford and Mr. Howard in attendance. There was one mail in ballot received after election day prior the 12-noon closing date on 11- 05-21. It was hand counted and reported to the registrar. The canvas was then completed and certified by the board. Mr. Wohlford moved to adjourn at 2:10 pm with a second by Mrs. Turk and Mr. Mannon in agreement Submitted by W Guy Wohlford, secretary
