Special Magistrate Driscoll swore in those who wish to testify. Attorney Meyer introduced the application as town exhibit 1 and introduced the staff report by Building Official Vincent LaPorta as town exhibit 2. No objection heard. Building Official Vincent LaPorta explained staff report. Special Magistrate Driscoll asked the Building Official questions regarding the staff report. Discussion.
