TOWN OF NEWBOLD PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Time: 5:00 P.M. Date: Thursday, August 1, 2024 Place: NEWBOLD COMMUNITY CENTER AGENDA The Town of Newbold Plan Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. on August 1, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501 in Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) (5:00 p.m.) Call the meeting to order and verify posting. (2) Review and approve prior Plan Commission meeting minutes. (3) Minor Land Division (2-4 lots) – Discussion and Action Preliminary two (2) lot Certified Survey Map of lands owned by Michael John LeClair, submitted by Genisot and Associated, Inc., Jon Bandow, surveyor for property further described as: Part of Government Lot 5, and Part of SW ¼, SW ¼, Section 14E, T37N, R8E, PIN #NE 113-1, 6108 Point Drive, Town of Newbold. (4) Discussion and Possible Action on ordinance regulating and restricting short-term rentals of Tourist Room Houses. (5) Chairman’s Report. (6) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Plan Commission may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (7) Administrative Review. (8) Adjournment.
