TOWN OF NEWBOLD PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Time: 5:00 P.M. Date: Thursday, November 7, 2024 Place: NEWBOLD COMMUNITY CENTER AGENDA The Town of Newbold Plan Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. on November 7, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501 in Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) (5:00 p.m.) Call the meeting to order and verify posting. (2) Review and approve prior Plan Commission meeting minutes. (3) Preliminary one (1) lot land division – Discussion and Action Preliminary one (1) lot land division with remaining lands owned by Michael Strahlman and Kerri Strahlman, submitted by Loftus Surveying, Todd Loftus, surveyor for the property further described as: Part of Government Lots 5 & 6, and Part of the SE- SW and SW-SW, Section 19, T38N, R8E, PIN NE 669, Town of Newbold. (4) Minor Land Division (2-4 lots) – Discussion and Action Preliminary two (2) lot Certified Survey Map owned by Jean Johnson, submitted by Maines and Associates Surveying, Greg Maines, surveyor for the property further described as: Part of the SE ¼ , NW¼ , Section 27, T37N, R8E, PIN #NE 779, 6331 and 6333 Spider Lake Road, Town of Newbold. (5) Discussion and Possible Action on ordinance regulating and restricting short-term rentals of Tourist Room Houses. (6) Chairman’s Report. (7) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Plan Commission may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (8) Administrative Review. (9) Adjournment.
