NEWBOLD REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING Date: Thursday, February 27, 2025 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: Newbold Community Center AGENDA The Town of Newbold Town Board will meet for a Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 27, 2025, in open session at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) Call Town Board Meeting to order. (2) Pledge of allegiance. Verify Agenda Notice to the Public. (3) Approve agenda for meeting with the order of items at the Chairs discretion. (4) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. (5) Approve prior Town Board meeting minutes of February 13, 2025. (6) Monthly Oneida County Board of Supervisors Report by Newbold Representative(s). (7) Monthly District Library Report by Newbold Representative(s). (8) Monthly Newbold Volunteer Fire Department Report by Chief Fetzer. (9) Monthly Newbold Publics Works Report by Director of Public Works. (10) Discussion/Action on sign for Town Shops. (11) Discussion and action on Oneida County Zoning Requests, Plan Commission and Citizen Zoning Request, if any along with Plan Commission Chairman’s Report. (12) Discussion and action Newbold Culvert #4. (13) Discussion and action on Town Facebook Page. (14) Discussion and action on Employee payroll and pay schedule and payroll tax filing. (15) Discussion and action on Memorandum of Understanding w/ WI Election Commission on Badger Book Use. (16) Approval and payment of any bills and/or funds adjustments. (17) Discussion on Revenue and Expenses Related to Community Center Use. (18) Administrative review and action, if necessary, concerning general government, public safety, recycling, sanitation, culture, education, job assignments, project updates, transportation, budget items, fund transfers, and future agenda items. (19) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (20) Adjournment.
