NEWBOLD REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING Date: Thursday, August 28, 2025 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: Newbold Community Center -AMENDED AGENDA- AGENDA The Town of Newbold Town Board will meet for a Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in open session at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) Call Town Board Meeting to order. (2) Pledge of allegiance. Verify Agenda Notice to the Public. (3) Approve agenda for meeting with the order of items at the Chairs discretion. (4) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. (5) Approve prior Town Board meeting minutes of August 14, 2025. (6) Monthly Oneida County Board of Supervisors Report by Newbold Representative(s). (7) Monthly District Library Report by Newbold Representative(s). (8) Monthly Town Public Works Department Report by Public Works Director. (9) Discussion and action on Purchase of New and/or Used Town Public Works Equipment. (10) Monthly Town Volunteer Fire Department Report by Chief Fetzer. (11) Discussion and action on Oneida County Zoning Requests, Plan Commission and Citizen Zoning Request, if any along with Plan Commission Chairman’s Report. (12) Discussion and action on fireworks permit. (13) Discussion and action on 2026 Health Insurance. (14) Discussion and action on Tourist Rooming House Ordinance Chapter 18. (15) Clerk update on WI Municipal Clerks Association conference topics. (16) Discussion and possible action on Participation in Electronic Recycling Program. (17) Discussion and action on Requests for Disc Golf Tournaments in 2026. (18) Discussion and possible action on Proposed Town Ordinance on a Utility Permit Policy. (19) Approval and payment of any bills and/or funds adjustments. (20) Administrative review and action, if necessary, concerning general government, public safety, recycling, sanitation, culture, education, job assignments, project updates, transportation, budget items, fund transfers, and future agenda items.  (21) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (22) Adjournment.
