TOWN OF NEWBOLD PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Time: 5:00 P.M. Date: Thursday, October 2, 2025 Place: NEWBOLD COMMUNITY CENTER AGENDA The Town of Newbold Plan Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501 in Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) (5:00 p.m.) Call the meeting to order and verify posting. (2) Review and approve prior Plan Commission meeting minutes. (3) Town Initial Tourist Rooming House Permit – Discussion and Action Tourist Rooming House Permit application by Christopher Hartwig, applicant and owner, to rent dwelling as Tourist Rooming House within the #2 Single Family zoning district where rentals of six (6) days or less are prohibited on the following described property: Lot 11, Happiness Heights, Section 1, T39N, R8E, 8848 Happiness Drive, PIN NE-1835, Town of Newbold. (4) Chairman’s Report. (5) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Plan Commission may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (6) Administrative Review. (7) Adjournment.
