NEWBOLD REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING Date: Thursday, October 30, 2025 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: Newbold Community Center AGENDA The Town of Newbold Town Board will meet for a Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in open session at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) Call Town Board Meeting to order. (2) Pledge of allegiance. Verify Agenda Notice to the Public. (3) Approve agenda for meeting with the order of items at the Chairs discretion. (4) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. (5) Approve prior Town Board meeting minutes of October 9, 2025. (6) Monthly Oneida County Board of Supervisors Report by Newbold Representative(s). (7) Monthly District Library Report by Newbold Representative(s). (8) Discussion and action on Library Board Representative Vacancy. (9) Monthly Town Public Works Department Report by Public Works Director. (10) Monthly Town Volunteer Fire Department Report by Chief Fetzer. (11) Discussion and action on Oneida County Zoning Requests, Plan Commission and Citizen Zoning Request, if any along with Plan Commission Chairman’s Report. (12) Discussion and update on Hosting an Electronic Recycling Program, November 8, 2025. (13) Discussion and action on Bartender/Operator License Application. (14) Discussion and action on Fire Works Permit for Angry Snapper, d/b/a “Blind Pig”. (15) Approval and payment of any bills and/or funds adjustments. (16) Administrative review and action, if necessary, concerning general government, public safety, recycling, sanitation, culture, education, job assignments, project updates, transportation, budget items, fund transfers, and future agenda items. (17) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (18) Adjournment.
