Speaker Form and submit it to the City Clerk before the meeting. There is a 5 minute time limit.

F.3 23-933 Request City Council to (1) Reject All Bids Received for the Construction of
the Class II Bike Lanes on Merrill Avenue and Riverside Avenue, Federal
Project No. HSIP 5205-024, City Project No.170813, and (2) Authorize the
Interim City Manager to Reduce the Project Scope and Readvertise the
Project for Construction Bids for 1.25 Miles of Class III Bike Lanes on
Merrill Avenue from Lilac Avenue to Eucalyptus Avenue and Install 1.5
Miles of Class II Bike Lanes on Merrill from Maple Avenue to Lilac Avenue.
F.4 23-1045 Request City Council to Receive, File, and make available to the public the
Development Impact Fee Report (AB 1600) for the Fiscal Year ending
