HOW TO MAKE A PUBLIC COMMENT.
(1) Appear at the meeting and speak during the public comment period. We request that you complete a Public
Speaker Form and submit it to the City Clerk before the meeting. There is a 5 minute time limit.
(2) You may submit a public comment in writing to the City Clerk by email at CITYCLERK@RIALTOCA.GOV.

Planning Commission’s Decision to Approve Tentative Parcel Map No.
2023-0001, Conditional Development Permit No. 2023-0011, Precise

Environmental Impact Report for the Rialto Airport Specific Plan
(Environmental Assessment Review No. 2023-0022) or take other

Transit Passenger Van Two (2) Ford Transit Cargo Vans, and Three (3)

Modifications, and Installation from 10-8 Retrofit in the Amount of
