NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO HAS DECLARED A LOCAL EMERGENCY
RELATED TO COVID-19 AND HAS CLOSED PUBLIC MEETINGS TO PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE BY THE PUBLIC.
PUBLIC MEETINGS WILL BE HELD BY TELEPHONIC AND OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS TO THE GREATEST EXTENT
POSSIBLE. THE PLANNNG COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN THE MEETING FROM REMOTE LOCATIONS
VIA TELECONFERENCE WITHIN THE GUIDELINES OF GOVERNOR NEWSOM’S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20. THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC DURING THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.

Public Hearings
PC-20-0999 Conditional Development Permit No. 2020-0010: A request to allow
the development and operation of an outdoor storage yard for truck and
trailer parking on 12.31 acres of vacant land (APN: 0258-031-10 & -11)
located at the northwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Willow Avenue
within the Heavy Industrial (H-IND) zone of the Agua Mansa Specific Plan.
A Mitigated Negative Declaration (Environmental Assessment Review No.
2020-0012) has been prepared for the project and all of its components, in
accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Precise Plan of Design No. 2019-0058: A request to allow the
expansion of an existing truck terminal to facilitate additional trailer and
employee parking on 12.31 acres of vacant land (APN: 0258-031-10 &
-11) located at the northwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Willow
Avenue within the Heavy Industrial (H-IND) zone of the Agua Mansa
Specific Plan. A Mitigated Negative Declaration (Environmental
Assessment Review No. 2020-0012) was prepared for the project and all
of its components, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA).
