NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO HAS DECLARED A LOCAL EMERGENCY
RELATED TO COVID-19, AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS REQUIRED BY GOVERNOR
NEWSOM’S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WITH LIMITED SEATING INSIDE. THE PUBLIC WILL HAVE AN
OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK ON ANY ITEM USING THE PODIUM INSIDE THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING, YOU MAY SUBMIT COMMENTS ON ANY AGENDA ITEM AT LEAST

PC-21-0578 Conditional Development Permit No. 2021-0006: A request to allow the
sale of distilled spirits for off-site consumption, in addition to existing sales
of beer and wine for off-site consumption, from an existing convenience
market located at 718 E. Foothill Boulevard within the Commercial
Pedestrian (C-P) land use district of the Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan.
This Project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing
Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.

PC-21-0597 Conditional Development Permit No. 2019-0019: A request to allow
the operation of an outdoor storage and repair yard for pallets on 3.58
acres of vacant land (APN: 0258-121-34) located on the west side of
Riverside Avenue approximately 550 feet north of Jurupa Avenue within the
Heavy Industrial (H-IND) zone of the Agua Mansa Specific Plan. This
project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects) of
the State CEQA Guidelines.
Precise Plan of Design No. 2019-0040: A request to allow the
development of an outdoor storage and repair yard for pallets consisting of
a 1,200 square foot office building, 6,400 square foot canopy and
associated paving, lighting, landscaping, block wall screening and missing
street improvements on 3.58 acres of vacant land (APN: 0258-121-34)
located on the west side of Riverside Avenue approximately 550 feet north
of Jurupa Avenue within the Heavy Industrial (H-IND) zone of the Agua
Mansa Specific Plan. This project is categorically exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332
(In-Fill Development Projects) of the State CEQA Guidelines.

PC-21-0602 Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-0001: A request to allow the subdivision
of one (1) 4.27-acre parcel of land (APN: 0240-211-14) into two (2) new
parcels of land - Parcel 1 (0.87 acres) and Parcel 2 (3.40 acres). The
project site is located at the southeast corner of Alder Avenue and
Renaissance Parkway within the Freeway Commercial (FC) land use
district of the Renaissance Specific Plan. This project is categorically
exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to
Section 15315 (Minor Land Divisions) of the State CEQA Guidelines.

Action Items
PC-21-0593 Approval of a Resolution Making Certain Findings and Determining that
the Location, Purpose, and Extent of the Proposed Vacation of Existing
Right of Way within Tract Map No. 17708, which is Generally Located on
the West Side of Acacia Avenue, North of East James Avenue, is in
conformance with the General Plan.
