Palm Ave., Rialto, CA 92376 Public Participation Procedures NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO HAS DECLARED A LOCAL EMERGENCY RELATED TO COVID-19, AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS REQUIRED BY GOVERNOR NEWSOM’S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WITH LIMITED SEATING INSIDE. Precise Plan of Design No. 2019-0040: A request to allow the development of an outdoor storage and repair yard for pallets consisting of a 1,200 square foot office building, 6,400 square foot canopy and associated paving, lighting, landscaping, block wall screening and missing street improvements on 3.58 acres of vacant land (APN: 0258-121-34) located on the west side of Riverside Avenue approximately 550 feet north of Jurupa Avenue within the Heavy Industrial (H-IND) zone of the Agua Mansa Specific Plan. This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
