An Environmental Impact Report (Environmental Assessment Review No. 2020-0003) has been prepared for consideration in conjunction with the project, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Building one (1) is approximately 430,581 square feet i and Building two (2) is approximately 249,026 square feet on 31.61 gross acres (31.09 net acres) of land (APN: 0264-213-18).
