PC-24-1117 (Master Case No. 2022-0070) Conditional Development Permit No.
2022-0040: A request to allow the sale of distilled spirits for off-site
consumption (Type 21 License), in addition to existing sales of beer and
wine for off-site consumption (currently Type 20 License), from an existing
Sinclair convenience market and Gas Station located at 1325 W Foothill
Boulevard (APN 0128-061-43) within the Commercial Pedestrian (C-P)
land use district of the Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan. This Project is
Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the
California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.

the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits at an existing 2,200 square retail
store within a multi-tenant commercial building located at 1133 West
Casmalia Street (APN: 1133-521-08) within the Freeway Incubator (F-I)
land use district of the Renaissance Specific Plan. This project is
categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing
Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

PC-24-1119 (Master Case (MC) No. 2023-0036) Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No.
2023-0002: A request to allow the subdivision of one (1) 2.17-acre parcel
of land (APN: 128-011-32) into two (2) new parcels of land, Parcel 1 (1.20
acres) and Parcel 2 (2.97 acres), located at the northeast corner of North
Linden Avenue and West Foothill Boulevard within the Residential Mixed
Use (R-MU) zone of the Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan. This project is
categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
pursuant to Section 15315 (Minor Land Divisions) of the State CEQA
Guidelines.

PC-24-1118 (Master Case No. 2022-0003) Conditional Development Permit No.
2022-0003: A request to allow the expansion and of an existing used
automobile sales and rental site to include 17,978 square feet of additional
pavement, truck sales and rentals, vehicle car wash, additional office
space, and vehicular circulation on 6.68 gross acres of land (APN:
0251-091-22) located at 585 West Valley Boulevard within Industrial Park
(I-P) zone of the Gateway Specific Plan in three existing buildings totaling
20,600 square feet. This project is categorically exempt pursuant to
Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15332 (In-Fill Development
Projects) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Precise Plan of Design No. 2022-0002: A request to allow the
expansion of an existing used automobile sales and rental site to include
17,978 square feet of additional pavement, a façade improvement, a
vehicle car wash, and additional office space.

PC-24-1112 (Master Case (MC) No. 2019-0065) General Plan Amendment (GPA)
No. 2019-0006, Zone Change (ZC) No. 2019-0004, & Precise Plan of
Design (PPD) No. 2022-0019: A request to change the general plan land
use designation of approximately 1.55 acres of land (APN: 0132-021-18)
located at the southeast corner of Randall Avenue and Lilac Avenue
(“Site”) from Residential 2 with an Animal Overlay to Community
Commercial, a request to change the zoning designation of the Site from
Agricultural (A-1) to Neighborhood Commercial (C-1), and a request to
allow the development of one (1) 8,840 square foot multi-tenant
commercial building and one (1) 9,966 square foot multi-tenant
commercial building on the Site. A Mitigated Negative Declaration
(Environmental Assessment Review No. 2022-0020) has been prepared
for consideration in conjunction with the project in accordance with the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
