New Business Public Hearing: Request of Seven Point Supply, LLC for 7:06-8:55 approval to construct medical marihuana facilities consisting of both indoor grower and outdoor grower operations on property located at the Northeast corner of EF Avenue and 44th Street (approx. 60 acres). 1. Commission votes to open hearing. 2. Summary of pertinent portion of hearing notice by chairperson and explanation of matter under consideration. 3. Preliminary comments by Township advisors (attorney, zoning administrator, planning consultant). 4.
