No AARP Grant approval, Gilmore Foundation Grant is in, SW Michigan Prosperity Grant is sent. b. Dori Poles are working, Grate seems to be still open, still having staffing issues. VII. New Business a. Project with GLARC for playground - Meeting on Wednesday, 8-28-19, 11am with Jennifer Smith from Penchura Playground Company b. Committee: decide a recommendation to Board about Group Entrance Fees for next season with protocol on process c. Set a Saturday date in October for a clean up and close down the park for the season: grills cleaned and covered, move and stack picnic tables, buoys in and stored, garbage containers cleaned out and power sprayed, debris picked up, all water and pipes drained and shut off for season, dori poles stored VIII.
